Champlain Basin Program is creating a new position of program manager to provide overall administrative and planning duties on behalf of the international Lake Champlain Steering Committee. This individual will work closely with Vermont, New York, Quebec and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency representatives on all Lake Champlain matters and coordinate efforts with many institutions involved in Lake Champlain research and plan implementation efforts.
